Quick and easy
Cross River bank was quick and great to deal with my issue. Cant say the same for the other side but issue is resolved and i’m happy.

After waiting almost five months for my federal tax refund, Dominick helped me finally get it! He was extremely helpful, professional, and made a stressful situation much easier. TurboTax < Cross River
I had a huge issue with my refund and it took months to get anywhere with TurboTax. After speaking with someone from cross river my issue was resolved in less than 2 weeks.

Excellent PPP loan app assistance
On PPP loan app assistance for this bank & financial group, outstanding customer troubleshooting for an online issue from associate Reanna Frazier. All over it with great attitude and no problem whatsoever. Very refreshing at what must be a peak time at this lender with much of the US Small Business community seeking liquidity.
