I started the shift and go into the details of work with with a good job culture. There is some query which are difficult but that are interesting to work and the work culture with freedom is best part.

Firstly, the people in my team are very supportive so it is nice to work in the company. The second thing is that you will get paid for what you do.

This company has a mission of providing remote work opportunities worldwide. They take care of management, payments, trainings, onboardings. They offer very good rates. Selection process is challenging, but I really don't understand how you can blame anybody based on that.

I was selected by Crossover last year and I have been working there since. I failed the test once and got selected on my second try. There is very less job security because you are competing with the top 1% best talent in the world. Just because you were not selected does not mean the company is not legit. If you gave up means you could have never made it through training in this company. I love working there because it challenges me to give my best every day I log in to work. I look forward to excelling in the current role and try for the next level. There is no consideration that you work there when applying for another role. Everyone has a fair chance at being selected. I hope to work there until my contract lasts.
