Great content, the video quality and editing could use some revamping into the 2020's ;)

Hi Rozlynn, We're glad you liked the content. You are right about the need to update some courses. In fact we are in the middle of a thorough face-lift.

I completed the course in a little over a month and passed both the state and national exams on the first try! The videos were long, but all useful information. The reading was extensive, but taught me more than I thought possible in such a short time. All of the tests, contracts, and questions prepared me for the exams. Thank you for putting all of this together and I've already recommended it to everyone that is interested in Real Estate!

My Go To for ACU I was a student in CO RE School and now that I have my license, I like taking my ACU course here.

They provide the materials and videos, YOU have to do the work. I was extremely happy with this course and would highly recommend it to anyone considering getting into the real estate industry. Passed my PSI exams with flying colors the FIRST time I took it. CRES breaks things down in an easy to understand format.

Good online school run by good people. At times a little outdated though, hearing things like stats and commentary from 2008,'09,'10 makes me realize how much has changed in just 10 years..

What a comprehensive and effective program! I am so happy that I passed the National and State exams on my first try! Thank you!

I really liked the class though the videos would have been more bearable if it showed the man talking on a lectern. Also an extra month would be nice to get things done, it’s a lot of information to unpack and a lot of people learn best by doing not reading.

I wanted to wait to leave feedback just to make sure their material was a close match to the exam. I paid $399 for the online course on May 31, 2020, and studied all of the material, including the downloadable book, without additional classes, besides the ones on Facebook with CRES, which I highly recommend watching. They give out as much information as they can to help you pass. I passed the Colorado Real Estate exam on July 23, 2020, on my first attempt. I’m now on my way to get fingerprinted and move forward. Thank you Colorado Real Estate School!
