I believe this is a complete scam and would be very cautious before you purchase this system. I bought this system on a Thursday. Today is a Monday and there are still no curriculum loaded. When you call the number they say they’re open 8 to 4 it’s 808 and nobody answers the phone. You can only leave a message and surprisingly I have left several messages and have heard nothing back. I have also left several emails and I’ve heard nothing back when you go through the prompts. It says if you are a perspective student and would like help press one you press one and it tells you it’s invalid. It tells you if you want to speak to a teacher press two when you press it it tells you it’s invalid. I would be very cautious of spending five or $600 on a program where there is not a live human to help you. Also, the real estate industry is not known for being an industry that is open at 9 to 5 Monday through Friday. Buyer beware.

Hello Jackie,
You purchased the course on a holiday weekend and our office was closed. In the end you accidentally created two accounts and logged into the wrong one. We are more than happy to combine the accounts, but you asked for, and was granted, a refund. We have wonderful customer service, but we do close on holidays.

I think FREE book copies should be given…
I think book copies should be given with the package price INSTEAD of paying for the book separately when it should come with it and more demonstration on videos

Hello Andrea. We do allow for students to choose a hardcopy version of the books. We are actually the only online school to do so. Please contact us if there is anything we can do to make your experience with us a good one!

After I completed the course I went back to re-review and I couldn’t. I sent an email regarding this and no one has got back to me. YOU took my money and ran.

Hello Danielle
I'm sorry to hear that your course expired prior to you taking your exam. I'm equally sad to hear that we didn't reply to your email. We try to reply to everyone who contacts us, so we'll look into how you slipped through the cracks. Please contact us at [email protected] so we can make it right.

If you're new to real estate this is not the company for you!
If the amount of reviews all in the same day (05/26) don't raise a red flag then you're doing something wrong. It has become apparent that a lot of their reviews seem to be fake.
This course is pretty terrible! The instructors are friendly for the most part and will help you out where they can, sometimes they are too helpful and quite wordy. If you have a good understanding of real estate already this course will work for you. If you are new to real estate, or from a country where things are streamlined and a lot simpler, this is not the course for you!
The "free lesson" on their webpage is absolutely NOTHING like the lessons in the course, so much so that it could constitute fraud (my background is in law)
The biggest problem with this course is it's delivery. It-is-SHOCKING! It may have the correct content but if the delivery is poor it means nothing. If you're familiar with the earliest versions of powerpoint, wordart and windows '95 then you'll be familiar with how unappealing the visual is going to be.
The narrator has poor grammar and is not concise, repeats a lot of things, no infliction in his voice to keep you interested, goes of on tangents about irrelevant things, contradicts himself, introduces new material in a summary, eats his food whilst talking, crack open cans of soda, sometimes sounds like he's eating the microphone and the next minute sounds like he's standing across the room from the microphone. This narrator will frustrate you for 90% of the course making it impossible to learn, the other 10% is narrated much better. Updates to the course are simply someone pausing the powerpoint then talking for a bit. I understand they're rolling out a new course but how does that help those that don't have access to it?
This course is the cheapest for a reason
I've been in a bit of a sour email exchange with Jesse as I wanted a refund but because I had the certificate they point blank refused. She continues to ignore to very important questions.
Do you think it’s ethical to advertise with the updated lesson yet Nothing about the course content is updated? & Do you think it’s acceptable to promise a student extra reading material and then not deliver for a month?
I know these guys will offer you all the assistance in the world but given how frustrating, annoying and unprofessional the course is I'd much rather go and start again with a company that actually gives a damn and doesn't just want your money.

Hello Neil,
I assure you that our reviews are not fake. We are new to Trustpilot and 5/26 was our first wave of review solicitations.
As for your case, I am sorry you did not agree with our course. We would have gladly issued a refund if you had requested it before completion as we do want satisfied students. Unfortunately giving a refund after completing the course is against DORA approved industry norms.
We are upgrading our course that already garners excellent reviews and top pass rates. We have helped thousands of students successfully pass the Real Estate exam and go on to great careers. We go out of our way to help our students as we did for you. Unfortunately you decided against taking advantage of those services.
Best of luck to you in your future endeavors.
