I believe this is the BEST school to go through. Just listening to some people who used different programs, you can tell Colorado Real Estate School is better than the rest by far!!! It's a good price, good materials and the webinars are awesome!!! Thanks for all your help CRE!!

Really enjoyed learning from Jon, Pam, and the other instructors. The test questions were very consistent with the actual questions I saw on the exam.

The Teacher Jon was super! He actually worked with only a 1/2 hr lunch and stayed longer at the end to answer EVERY question. I feel I learned a ton! Well worth it.

Words cannot express what a great program this is and how much it truly catered to my style of learning. Jon, God truly blessed you with a gift to teach and I am grateful that you used your gift to give back. I took a leap of faith and voluntarily separated from my financial services firm, senior level position, taking early retirement to follow my passion in real estate in November, 2020. Everyone thought I was crazy to do this, particularly during these economic times; but my challenge to everyone was if you knew you only had 5-10 years to live, what would you change about your life. Are you living your best life now or are you waiting to retire to live your best life. Given all of the deaths in 2020, tomorrow is not promised to anyone so I started this journey on December 20th, 2020, with a goal to complete the program before the end of January 2021. After looking at a pleather of schools, assessing their curriculum and exam pass rate, I believed at the time I made the best decision for me and as it turns out, I was RIGHT!! My work ethic has always been, all or nothing so I approached each lesson as if I was going to work each day, which served as a timely distraction from all the hurtful political events. Instead of watching TV in the evenings, I replaced it with a pre-recorded lesson and test. As a result of the program coupled with the talented instructors and very patient office staff, I am PLEASED to report that on January 28th I PASSED both the state and national exams on the FIRST attempt!!! Thank you for being the first step towards realizing my dreams as an Associate Broker. Thank you again for developing this program that allowed me 24 hour access. All the best -
