Credit Genie helped me out of a difficult situation. Thank you. 🙏🏾 😊

I filled out initial info, linked my account info but was told I was not eligible for a loan so I deleted my banking info and closed account/deleted app. A few days later I get a charge from “credit convoy” for 7.99. I have no idea who this is so I look into it realize it is Credit Genie, I end up blocking them on my account and doublecheck to make sure my banking info has been removed which it had. I talk to the “robot”, think maybe it’s my fault, the dates were cutting it close & let it go. Then 2 weeks later, same thing happens. I make a complaint, they obviously don’t read it because they respond telling me to delete my account info. Now I’m super angry… I end up filing 4 complaints & guess what? They did it AGAIN today. Now mind you I have been keeping my cards “paused” so they can’t be charged but I had to u pause to take out money from ATM. It wasn’t even 30 seconds my card was unlocked that they deducted 7.99 once again. So since June 12 they have stolen 24.00 from me, I’ve filed complaint after complaint and I’m not sure I’ve ever talked to an actual person(I doubt it). These are the worst kind of opportunistic illegitimate unprofessional scammers I’ve encountered. It is not a lot of money but the lack of customer service or care is infuriating; it’s like death by a million papercuts. I’m filing a police report in the morning. Please stay away from these people.

So far it’s been very trusting, and always come thru when needed . Highly recommend it.

They are always willing to work with me if I have to reschedule a payment. Pretty quick customer support response. They understand when something unexpected happens and try to help as best they can.

If I recall, correctly, there's not really a good way to repay early. It would count as a change pay date, and the early pay date I wanted to use was not on the calendar.
