This is app is by far the worst money…
This is app is by far the worst money lending app around they charge you 5 dollars to connect to your bank account but will not loan you any money there's no customer service number available on the app and there's no telling when they will approve you for a loan

Can not remove from my account
I have tried to remove this from my account, it wouldn't allow me. It shows my email is invalid yet it has been taking money out of my account for fees I'm not sure how to remove this from my account because I don't use it. Can someone please assist. Thank you in advance

This app is horrible
This app is horrible, it had stop letting me login months ago so I deleted the app and the are still billing me which I emailed them like 4 times to tell them to stop and they keep doing it. I would give a 0 start review

Worst company ever
Worst company ever. Do not do business with them. They scammed me out of 4.99 and did not even get me an advance!

You can disconnect your bank account directly through the "Settings" tab in the Credit Genie app. which will terminate Credit Genie's services and prevent any additional fees from being charged. Horrible site! They're thieves & scammers!
They're scammers& thieves! They say you can get an advance then they don't give you one but keep taking money out of your bank account! I just filed a fraudulent charge and had all the screenshots the bank needed! Do not use these robbers!!

This is clearly an account skimming…
This is clearly an account skimming scam. They’re waiting for someone to get in a bind, then charge them money for a cash advance they either won’t give you, or according to a lot of App Store reviews (which they’re also clearly deleting some of them) if they offer any sort of advance to someone, they do it once or twice then deny it. Either that, or their app “freezes” or some other excuse, and won’t let them take another, because they’re hoping you’ll forget about it and they can continue to skim money out of as many peoples accounts as possible. Try contacting customer service, you wait 3 days to get a useless response. After them sneaking in and taking a monthly subscription fee to “connect to your account” cancel it within an hour of the charge, and they refuse to refund money. This app is purely a scam and nothing more
