Honestly undecided
Honestly undecided. As a new dealer this entire thing has been a ride. I was told how things work, but they've never really worked that way, they said there would be money, but it's not there either. They do finance people, and I get some deals done because of them, but so far, promises vs reality are a long way off, but all we can do is keep pushing Getting customer accepted is easy, getting the approved is a nightmare. Send in tax forms to show income, nope. Send in pay stubs to show income. Nope. then they cut the income on the statement in half, lowering your initial payout. Sending in paperwork afterword is also a nightmare. "We want this for the lien proof". Send that in. Denied. They want another screen. Ok, next time send the "other" screen and they don't want that one, they want the one before, or some other screen you've never sent in. Ok, next time send that in, nope, we want a hard paper copy. They never seem to be consistent. I see a few more reviews from dealers that say they've never seen money from CAC, which is concerning, if I'm not gonna get paid for doing this shit deals, what was even the point? Thanks for the reply though, I'm sure my non existent rep will reach out soon. She just vanished one day, they claim she still works there, but her phone goes to her boss, who also has never met after he said he was coming by. I feel pretty abandoned by the company in general and wish I had another finance option, but then again I'm about half way through a pool, and if I dont close that one, I'll probably never see a dime from them.
