Not Willing To Work Anything Out! Not Helpful Or Understanding!

Holds funding and not willing to work with the small dealership at all. There are definitely multiple other ways/options to use and go about to be able to keep a dealership in good standing and able to close deals and continue to get funded and be successful. (Especially a small dealership/business!) All of the previous deals that were closed at this point were a complete waste of time! Credit Acceptance try’s to approve anyone with the highest interest rates for a customer but yet you can’t help a small dealership out even though the fees Credit Acceptance charges to get someone financed is outrageous! Credit Accecptance FAVORS BIGGER DEALERSHIPS and they are willing to help them continue to stay successful, it doesn’t make sense and it’s unfair. You can give “bigger dealerships” time to fix things = HELLO, extend there time frame and help out smaller businesses with some type of time frame to still be able to get funded and be successful! Credit Acceptance is quick to advertise we approve anyone. “Submit a pre-approval and we’ll get you into a vehicle!” Well, advertise that your dealer program doesn’t help small businesses/dealers and if you are not a high end money making dealership that your not going to help them out and that your going to hold their funded deals until you so called don’t have a reason to anymore and in the mean time who cares if they sink/fail! Credit Accecptance has just disregarded that fact that everything from here on out is a complete loss of potential deals and customers! (WHO CARES RIGHT BECAUSE YOU GUYS ARE BIG ENOUGH TO TURN PEOPLE AWAY!) Credit Acceptance can offer a portfolio to dealers so obviously you’re making enough money that you can support small businesses/dealerships more then you are because it is obvious you’re not helping at all! VERY DISAPPOINTING!
