The workers that come out to fix the problem where amazing. However the lack of communication on the ordering process and installation was terrible. In order to find out if the items I ordered and paid for were in I needed to go through the corporate website and complain and then someone would call me and tell me that my items are in and waiting installation. It would have been nice to get an email confirmation stating that rather than seeing $500 being charged to my credit card and not knowing if my product was ordered or received.

The rating of a 3 is due to the response time to fix an issue after installation and pick up equipment that was left behind. For the money I spent, I’d expect better response time than over a month.

We received the play set and there was a piece of wood chipped off the ladder for the monkey bars. My concern was one of the kids touching it and getting a splinter. The canton facility still has not come to change out the ladder that was promised in the summer.

The unit looks are works great, besides a few boards that were loose no other issues with it The main issue is the way the sales person presented the so called lifetime warranty When it was all said and done, it turned out that the warranty only covers the wood, pressure treated wood that doesn’t go bad anyways for at least 20 years ... if you call in for wood warrarkty after the one year is up, you would be liable for labor charge but not the few dollars for the wood !!

The salesman told us some things about the instillation which the installer said were inaccurate (cutting the beam to a shorter length). I also think the installer forgot about the instillation of a part that wasn't available for the original instillation (not a problem, it was out of stock at the time), as they didn't come until the day after I called the store (about a month after the original request). Otherwise, the product is excellent and the store manager who came out to our home was great. He really stood out for me.

The crew was fast, maybe too fast. There were some parts left over. Overall the experience was good.

I love the playset that we got. The install team was great! However 5 months later and the picnic bench is already coming apart. It seems as though throughout the entire structure they did not use the correct size screws.

The swing set is great but we had a few issues with the quality of some of the wood that needed to be replaced and it was very difficult to get someone to get back to me after numerous calls. I would expect better customer service for the price you pay for this swingset
