The delivery was rescheduled twice and both times we waited hours for them to show, took off work and they called at the end of the day to say they werent coming. The next time they swore they would come, even in the rain. Took off work. again. Then they called again after waiting hours to say they werent coming. When they finally did show up, the guys didnt know how to assemble to play set! It toon them 4 hrs to put up just the tower. They left and came back... which meant another day home. It took them a whole weekend after that, with extra guys, to put it together correctly. The saleswoman on the phone was rude and manager was careless. Terrible experience for the money paid... unfortunately there are not many companies out there for swingsets. Be prepared to deal with crap if you buy from them.
