We looked and looked and looked and looked for our first play set. There is so much out there, it was a bit overwhelming. We couldn't imagine the dimensions, how it would be in our yard, whether we needed add-ons, etc. Our children are 5 years apart: oldest is 7 and youngest is 2, so we wanted versatile without breaking the bank. Then we received a flyer from Creative Playthings in the mail-- serendipity at its best. Better yet, there was a store in our town that we didn't even know about (and right off a main highway close for many people wanting to see things first hand). We walked into a clean, comfortable setting and saw 5 different models. The sales staff were friendly, very accommodating, and easy to work with. They also helped us make a few decisions, and there was no pressure at all. We left and thought things through for a few days. When we were ready to purchase, we walked in again and the buying experience was the same: low pressure, MULTIPLE add-ons for free (part of the sale for the season), and when we couldn't decide we were able to SEE enough to help us along. We ended up spending what we had expected, which was only a bit more than what we almost purchased from Craigslist for a used set that we would have to break down, transport to our house, and rebuild. Three weeks later a Creative Playthings builder came over and in 4 hours he meticulously put together the set. He left our yard very clean and showed us that one of the piece of material had very small surface scratches that he would report to the Company. We ended up receiving a replacement for that piece. Meanwhile, our children love the set and we suspect it will be used for at least 10 years if not more (the adults love to swing on it also -wink-).

I love our swingset! The kids love it! It’s good quality. I like that it had different options to add to it. It made it so easy that they came and put it together.

We love our set and had wonderful service from the company. Our grandchildren and our neighborhood children use it quite often - a fine investment.

Sales staff was easy to work with. Bought a nice swing-set on sale. The delivery and build went smoothly. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy wooden play structures and/or swing-set.

Had an exceptionally positive experience ordering a playset from the Holliston location. I spent months researching different playset options, and really came to like the modular approach at Creative Playthings. All playsets start with a core tower unit in different sizes and styles, with an amazing number of customization options to build some truly unique setups. They also offer preconfigured sets around common elements if you want to just order out of the catalogue. The quality is evident. The wood looks and feels sturdy, and has a lifetime guarantee. This also means that these playsets aren't an inexpensive option, but after comparing a lot of different brands, we found Creative Playthings to be a reasonable value for the price. Linda, the manager at the Holliston location, is a pleasure to work with. She is ridiculously knowledgeable on all the different configuration options, patient with customers and an absolute pleasure to work with. The Saturday we went, she was easily juggling four different families, and all left with an order in hand and smiles on their faces. Also, the Holliston showroom is extensive, and gives you a good sense for all the different options. Our kids absolutely love the set, and we do not regret our decision to go with Creative Playthings.

Great swing set. Someone came out the same day to assess the area for install. The delivery man/assembler did a great job. I did see several less expensive versions elsewhere since, but I'm not sure they would have provided quick delivery and assembly.

This is a premium company, and you get what you pay for. We bought a high-end playset and The thing is just incredible. Everything went smoothly, and the installers were very professional. Only thing about the buying experience that wasn’t good is the playset builder on the website. It’s like it was made with antiquated technology and crashed on almost every combination of browser we could throw at it. We really had to struggle to figure out how to make this system work, so we could plan appropriately

The play structure is tremendous. The setup was efficient and flawless. We would recommend CP for any play structure project.
