This company consistently over charges. You are better off going to a competitor or buying something off of Costco.com. They charged us $500 for moving the playset. It took one guy took about three or four hours to move it. Total ripoff. And apparently the regular price is $750 for moving a playset. Crazy.

I was happy with my the purchase, installation and delivery. After only 3 months the screws starting popping. There were about 20 screws that literally broke in half within 6 months. The boards starting popping up. I called the location where i purchased it and they said it was past the warranty! I spent almost $4000 on this playset and the screws only last a few months? How is this not covered? Screws costs a few cents each but they can’t replace them? I won’t be going back.

Rock wall broke. It took two months for a repair person to come. Realize now he put on the broken piece upside down so rock wall hard to climb.

The screws on my swingset are shearing after just 3 months of use. This is a safety hazard in my backyard and I won't let my kids use the rock wall since its falling apart due to the low quality screws. Terrible product.

This review is mainly because of the installation and subsequent poor customer service. The sales associate was great and in general we love the playset. The gentleman who installed the playset had issues from the start and installed pieces wrong. He left many open drill holes, did not use washers everywhere, left pieces unfastened and cracked some of the board. When I brought this to the attention of the salesperson I worked with he immediately connected me with the building department and he was very responsive throughout. However, I was consistently given the runaround by the building department and it took nearly three months to get the pieces replaced. Even still, they did not show up with all the right pieces, so it was only half fixed. This installer then showed me the paperwork he was submitting to get the rest of it fixed, but it has since been another 3 months. Again, while I think the product is great, I would not order through Creative Playthings again due to the poor installation and poor follow up.
