Very disappointed with the install. There were items missing, damaged and/or installed incorrectly. I was immediately assigned a service call that only fixed half the issues identified.

Very poor customer service. Didn't show up on the agreed date to deliver and install a trampoline. Waited a few days and called their office - the sales guy said he 'forgot' to call me to re-schedule. After several calls with the scheduling department they sent one guy (from their warehouse) to construct a trampoline that was obviously a two person job. A nice person but he had no idea what he was doing and there was no way he could do it on his own. I had to help the guy put it together (lucky I was home). A great product but very bad service.

I placed an order for a toddler bucket seat about 2 weeks ago and I have still have not received it nor an email giving me shipping information. I tried calling and emailing customer service and I have not gotten a response. Meanwhile my credit card has already been charged.

Terrible customer service. Not at the actual store but at the corporate office. Almost impossible to reach via call or email. It took us months to get our swingset repaired

They try to short you on material and make you pay. They also tried to install a used slide on a new set. DO NOT buy from the montgomeryville location. BUYER BEWARE...

Sent 2 e-mails with a complaint, got e-mails saying I would get a response within 3-5 days. Never got a response. Called corporate, and they told me to e-mail customer service directly rather than fill out a complaint form. Never got a response---except this survey requesting my level of satisfaction. REALLY?

Customer service was and is non-existent. Hardware was not installed, and also not tightened . They wouldn't even return multiple messages that i left. spent $6000 and i have received better customer service when i spend $1 for a coffee.

Sales people were friendly and engaging with knowledge the 1 star rating is with the delivery and assembling. After my children played on our over $3000 swing set a couple of times one of the rock wall panels fell off. Come to find out all but 8 screws in our entire set was bent or broken. It head held together by almost nothing. My trust in the company left immediately and I replaced every piece of hardware myself. I’d recommend another company.
