The swing set we chose was made with top craftsmanship and the install was done with ultimate professionalism. I would highly recommend. Cost is a little high but the quality and service is worth it

The infant bucket swing was a helpful addition to our Creative Playthings playground set.

We purchased the Williamsburg Premium Pack 8 and installed ourselves over the July 4th Holiday. We required some extra pieces as we modified the design slightly. The leadership of the company - Don Hoffman, CEO - was exceptionally receptive and provided way above and beyond customer service. I am sure that his leadership is exemplary for the entire organization and focus on serving the customer. I could not possibly be more pleased. Thank you very much.

Alex was very nice and informative. Made whole process smooth. Installation on date and time. Would recommend

It was easy and fast. We looked at all the options and were able to pick out something that worked for our budget and yard space. I love that we were able to add some extra safety features (hand railings) for our little one. He loves playing out there and it looks great. Installation was easy, they put it together for us quickly and showed up right on time. I would highly recommend.

From deciding which playset to purchase to the installation everything went very smoothly and the service and installation were great.

The sales people were very helpful and patient as I had some issues to resolve. The The gentleman that came to install the swings was also very prompt and polite

I went to the Holliston store to get an idea of what play set we could get within our budget. Linda was fantastic! Efficient, no-nonsense and pleasant to work with. She asked my budget and what items were our "must-haves" and within minutes she determined exactly how to get what we wanted...No more, no less, no pressure to add on items that we don't need or to sell us into something out of our budget. The set was delivered on the promised date and built in the exact spot we wanted it. I don't have the name of the gentleman who assembled the set, but he did it by himself in a matter of only a few hours! My kids love it! The neighbors are over all the time playing too. It's exactly what we wanted. I don't think there's a day that goes by that it's not used, unless it's pouring rain outside. I HIGHLY recommend the Holliston, MA store to anyone who is even considering buying a play set for their yard.
