I am disappointed in the fact that one of the pieces of the ladder leading to the tower is faulty and is a safety issue. Both of my kids have received slivers to their fingers. I called the service rep we dealt with and was told to sand and stain the area. I followed up by sending pictures of the faulty portion of the hand rail to prove the piece needs to be replaced without any response.

If I didn't verify the toddler swing I bought was coming I would not have known it did not come on the truck. The craftsman ship was poor. They predrilled the mounting holes but it's hard to put bolts in from 2 different sides when the bolts hit each other. The directions are ok at best if you want to put it togeather yourself.

I hired Creative Playthings for maintenance of my swing set. The fix lasted about 4 weeks and this "fix" cost me $200. The team was at my house on the job for 10 minutes.

2 Boards were damaged when installed, it took 6 months and several calls/emails to get ONE of the boards replaced, I've given up on trying to get the other one replaced. For the amount of money these swing sets cost, I would expect much better service.

They could not assemble the play set as pictured two installers both said the picture was wrong. No follow up from company after 2nd installer came and said the same as the first installer that it could not be done.

the play-set is fantastic but the STORE and installation crew have been HORRIBLE. We purchased a 6,000+ dollar set and its still not right- plus now my grand kids cannot play on it due to safety issues? they placed it on Cinder blocks to level and they have shifted. we have called the store multiple times and management has either ignored or blown off two appointments? At this point we are pushing towards come get the set and give us our money back? We were told by the salesperson that it would be no problem to install- no leveling issues and now we have multiple?

Product quality not the greatest instillation went very poorly installer didn't finish because he needed to go to start another instillation had to come back many times all parts weren't in stock so the swing set took weeks to complete after a few weeks things started to break service is horrible it's been six months and set still not fixed the excuse I got was the factory was out of screws to me that's plain bs. If I were anyone looking to purchase a swing set from this place I would think twice

While I am very happy with the product and the installers were great every other part of our interaction with this company was difficult and unprofessional. From the advertised pricing being “old” to their inability to run our credit card on the first visit to the the rude and uninformed clerk who lied and told us our installation would go ahead in a foot of snow to the subsequent four phone calls it took to set up installation only to have an accessory left behind this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. If We hadn’t received such a good deal on a close out floor model we would’ve have cancelled our order. I cannot recommend this company.
