Hi Gary, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. CreativeOS is a template library with an editor designed to give you proven, ready-to-customize ad frameworks; our philosophy is intentionally keeping humans in the loop at the start and end of creation, rather than fully AI-generated outputs. It's a different approach than tools like Nano Banana, and it sounds like it may not have been the right fit for what you were looking for. Regarding the refund: our policy is outlined in our terms, and I understand the frustration when something doesn't meet expectations. If you'd like to revisit the conversation, feel free to reach out.

Hi Zohair, We’re sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. To clarify, one of the reasons we moved away from our Canva integration is that changes on their side made it no longer a reliable solution for delivering our premium, expertly designed templates. We chose to focus on an editor purpose-built for ads, emails, and landing pages, and we’re improving it every week with new features and optimizations. This lets us give customers a consistent experience without depending on external platforms where unexpected pricing or policy changes can disrupt their workflow. We’ll continue updating the editor based on user feedback. Thank you for giving us a try.

Per your request, I escalated this, and your refund has been approved.

Hi Boldy, We couldn’t find an account matching the information in this review, so we’re not sure exactly what happened or how your subscription may have been billed. We apply the same refund policy to all customers once a trial has completed to keep things consistent and fair. Canceling or downgrading is always available directly in account settings. While we can’t confirm the details of your specific case or issue a refund, your feedback still matters to us. If anything about the trial or billing felt unclear, or if there’s something you hoped to accomplish with the product, we’re here to help. We appreciate you giving us a try and wish you the best in your creative projects ahead.

Hi John, I’m really sorry you had an experience that made you feel this way. We never want anyone to walk away with the impression that we’re anything but a real team doing real work for real customers. If something felt misleading, broken, or unclear during your experience, I’d genuinely like the chance to fix it for you. I’ll personally look into your account for anything that doesn’t feel right and make sure you’re taken care of. Feel free to email me directly at [email protected] so we can work together to make this right. Thanks for giving us the chance to do better.
