I thought I was purchasing a pair of Clarks Boots as they advertised. Instead I got a pair of poor quality knockoff boots. I requested a refund because the zippers are defective. The company informed me after many emails that I would have to pay shipping costs of $30 back to China to return them. The company suggested I take a partial refund of 20 percent. I am very unsatisfied with these boots. Hopefully someone will read this and never deal with this distribution company.

Ordered what the company called “Clarks” booties on 10/12. They were shipped 10/30; arrived 11/8. These are THE WORST knockoffs I have ever seen. They are NOT leather! They are not Clarks. This company gives false advertising, poor quality merchandise, and will NOT provide a return address. I am sorry I did not see these reviews prior to ordering!!

Worst ever… do not fall for the ads for Clark shoes. I received mine 3 or 4 weeks after ordering.. cheap knockoffs. I threw out the packaging if you could call it packaging and I’m filing a complaint with the BBB. They used the Clark shoes font and cleverly added “shoes” What a ripoff

This place is a rip off l wish I would have seen all these comments before I placed a order because I'm getting the same reply about a refund. It'll cost $30+, just take the 20% blah blah blah. Well, no way in hell will I take 20% for a refund. I work to hard for my money to let them steal it. It also says 100% refund. I will be calling my credit card company to get my refund. This place deserves a -10 star's.

The product is nothing like the photo and description. Moreover, they refuse to issue a refund for the product. Do not purchase anything from this company. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought the item.

Spoiler alert: If you paid through Paypal, file a complaint and state you will not return shoes/products due to ridiculous return policy. Immediate 100% refund. I suspect PayPal knows about them after looking at complaints about this company on their boards, and automatically gives a refund. On with the story: Horrible product; horrible people! Do NOT buy from them. I've never had a worse experience with a "company." They will not acknowledge their guarantees or return money. They play games, repeatedly insisting on photos of long-tossed bags. They have the order number. They have pictures of the awful shoes I received, along with pics of the ad, with point-by-point comparisons. They don't need pics of bags. Who does that?! No reputable company. They just want people to give up and go away. They tried the "shipping costs will be over $30, and who knows when we will receive them (or even if) because of the pandemic...so you should accept a 20% refund." Yah, right. At this point, with the knowledge that I have my refund, I'm just having fun keeping their "customer service" people busy by arguing with them.

I purchased 2 Mattel Queen Elizabeth Barbie dolls. They took 2 months to get here and are counterfeit.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Where to begin. Took forever to get the shoes. The shoes were NOT anything like described. The return process is a nightmare. When they asked for pictures of the shoes and mailing labels I thought good it will be a standard process of sending them back and get a refund right? Wrong. Now they are telling me that I need to pay shipping cost and because of global pandemic the returned package will take a long time. So they recommend taking 20% as a partial refund. I have never heard of anything so crazy.
