Waiting for evidently shoes that are not Clark brand. Do they need to chase down a cow and then tan the hide ??? Where do I go to cancel order ???

They deserve a negative 5 star review. I was also hoodwinked and baboozled by this fake wannabe company. I saw the same ad for the boots that looked like the Clark boots. I have requested a refund and they are trying their best to not to do that. I hope this review deters other people from making the same mistake I made.

I wish there had been zero stars or negative stars. Extremely poor quality of merchandise, extremely poor customer service, all round extremely poor, < 0 rating.

BEWARE ORDERING FROM CLARKS SHOES/CREATIVE CRAFT COMMUNICATIONS AD ON FACEBOOK. I am usually very careful with FB ads but I too was taken in by the "Clarks Shoe" ad. I ordered what was suppose to be a slip on shoe with good arch support. I placed my order on August 17th and finally received them on September 20th. I knew immediately that I had made a big mistake. The shoes were not packaged in a box but rather in a small bag. Upon opening the package I found a pair of crushed shoes, with absolutely no arch support and very cheaply made. I emailed the company that same day asking for return instructions. We have exchanged 8 emails with the last one stating "If you need to return it. You need to pay the freight and may not be able to successfully return to our warehouse due to the epidemic. So we don't recommend you return the goods. You may consider accepting a partial refund from us." I will be calling PayPal (the funding source) to dispute this and hopefully get my refund.

These are not Clark shoes....BUYER BEWARE!!!

This company spoofed a Clark Shoes ad on Facebook. They even copied the website so it looked like the site I had ordered from numerous times. The shoes I received looked nothing like the pictures--poor quality, and they don't fit properly. They are trying to get me to keep them for a 20% refund, and said they would give me a full refund if everything is completely intact, and that it would cost me at least $30 and take a long time. I have disputed through my bank, and am now going to PalPal since they somehow ran it through there even when I didn't.

Ordered 4 shirts form company named Gibsons on Facebook. Very poor quality, poor fit. Print was on both front and back of shirt. No tags. Tried over month to get refund. Wanted me to ship shirts back to China. Would have cost me more than price of shirts.
