Ordered two pair of Clark’s shorty boots through Wedgeshoes US on Facebook. Two pair for $67.90 with free shipping. The confirmation email came under “creative craft” and NEWWIG which was confusing. However, when the Clark’s chunky heal ankle boots arrived 3 weeks later, it was obvious they were knock-offs. No Clark’s trademarks anywhere on the boots and no orthopedic insoles like Clark’s. I emailed the company immediately and am waiting for a return shipping label. DO NOT Do business with this company.

Oh lord, terrible company, I was tricked into one of those facebook adverts for the Queen special edition barbie doll, cost £69.99 they took 2 months to send it then when it arrived it was clearly a fake and didn't look anything like the actual one released. I have been trying to return this doll for weeks now and just keep going in circles, with them asking random things like send me a picture of the doll, then send me a picture of the tracking then send me a picture of the box etc etc - I jump thru their hoops now to have an email saying the shoes? that I ordered are of good quality, what shoes??? huh?? they have now offer 30% refund for me to keep the fake which I have refused so now they have stated that I must return and then it will take months for the refund, I made it clear that I would be speaking with my bank and getting a refund from them for this fake sale, and they sold me something on the pretence that it was an original, blatantly lying on their advert - avoid at all costs - correspondence comes from creativecraft(at)handicraftservice.com

I ordered 4 pair women's sandals from this web site. When they arrived they smelled heavily of oil and were not what they looked like in the ad, they were very cheap in quality. I complained to the company and after over a week of back and forth emails (which they kept stalling) I finally got them to agree to a full refund. But only after I threatened to file a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office, the Better Business Bureau and complain on social media. That got their attention. Yes, I will end up paying $30 for return shipping fees, because its going to a place in Shenzhen (China) but it is worth it to me. I would advise anyone NOT to do business with this company, as many others have recommended also. What a hassle......

************************************************************* DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. $37.96 for sandles that did not fit. They offer 100% satisfaction warranty which is worthless !! After multiple emails wanting pics of sandles and shipping package they offered me $11.38 refund and I could keep sandles. Tried again for refund and was told I would be responsible for shipping costs of $30 and that would not guarantee refund. Can't get my money but maybe can save others this awful experience.

Stay away!!! Too bad I didn't check reviews. HORRIBLE company. Sent me shoes that were 2 sizes too large and only gave me $7 back on a $36 purchase....they blamed the epidemic and also claimed their product is good and my personal reasons for returning was not valid. I got screwed.

Had I known they were not Clark's and just a scam Chinese company, I would not have purchased. Only one pair of the shoes fit. Although the others were the same size, they didn't fit. When I contacted the company they told me it was my problem because there was nothing wrong with their product. They offered me a 20% refund because it would cost me $30 to ship the product back and a very long time to get a refund due to the global endemic. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A RIPOFF!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I orders shoes and wanted to return them because they did not fit. I contacted them the day after receiving, I had original packaging, I had not worn them. They offered me a 20% refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

THIS IS A VERY BAD COMPANY! WORSE QUALITY I HAVE EVER SEEN. THEY MAILED THEIR PRODUCT WITHOUT ANY DOCUMENT AND WHEN YOU TRY TO RETURN THE ITEMS, THEY REQUEST PACKAGING THAT WAS NEVER SENT. NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM A CHINA COMPANY AGAIN. HUGH THIEFS.
