This company is totally a scammer. I emailed them about the boots that I bought but they want me to pay for the shipping and handling, then I will get only partial refund if that is true and I doubt it. That is definitely a scam, scam, scam.

If I could give zero stars, that’s what I would do! I got two different sizes of shoes, neither was right. These shoes are crap, NOT CLARKS SHOES! The workmanship was awful. The material of the shoes is paper thin and the soles were not glued on correctly. They are refusing to refund my money. They demand, if I send them back, I have to pay full shipping. They first requested, via email the order number and my name. I had already sent this to them in a previous email. Then they want detail pictures. I took detailed pictures of the problems plus pics of the shipping wrapper. The package looked like a child had done it!! Then they sent an email back saying that I would have to pay full shipping to return them, but probably it would be useless because it would never get there. They said if I chose to keep them, which was probably the best idea, they might send me a partial refund. Oh yes, another request is that I don’t return it to the address that was on the package because it’s no good. Mind you, I can’t find any address for this company online. I can’t even find where I ordered it from! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

I wish I had read these reviews before I bought. I am now having my 6th email to them. They do not want to give me a refund only a partial refund if I pay for shipping. They have not provided me with an address. The shoes are NOT the original Clark's. The ads are a scam I'm sure. Took a month for my order to get to me. They are answering my emails but are very condescending about giving me answers. I sent them pictures of the shoes and they replayed they saw nothing wrong with the shoes by the picture. Maybe I should have sent them pictures of my feet...the shoes are too big.

I wish I did'nt have to give them a 1. EXTREMELY cheap boots, also damaged because they were shipped in an envelope. I do not get a response to my emails AND I ordered a black and a brown pair but only received the brown ones. They are not Clark's either. I'm out $68.00. I have the name and address of the person that shipped the boots to me. He is from Hawthorne, CA. Does anyone else have the same info?

Same experience as others. I ordered what the company called “Clarks” boots. They came fairly promptly, but are cheap, smelly, poor fitting knockoffs. I emailed immediately to ask about returning them. They responded with a request for photos of the boots and packaging. I sent photos and a request for return instructions. Four emails in and no response. Total scam.

This company misrepresented itself as Clark's Shoes. I received my order weeks after ordering. The shoes are not leather, no arch support and very cheap. The sandals are way too big and I have emailed them 3 times for my "hassle free return". Guess what- no response. Do not waste your money!

These are not clarks. They are plastic shoes that fit poorly. Wrote to them to return. No response! Contacting my credit card to dispute charge. DO NOT BUY. JUNK!
