After I had forgotten about the end of a free trial, these guys repeatedly attempted to pull money from my account until they succeeded. I emailed right away and asked for a refund, they decided I didn't need the refund. Shady, second-rate-trash companies tend to do stuff like this. They're all about the money and could care less for decent customer service. Here's hoping they go under.

Don't both with a subscription to this site. The classes are just okay (Skillshare is much better) and they don't give you notice that your subscription is about to auto-renew. Definitely a subscription trap and scam.

Je suis enchanté d'avoir découvert cette plateforme.J'ai suivi énormément de cours avec eux en bénéficiant de leur offre d'1 mois totalement gratuit. C'est l'occasion de découvrir des profs talentueux et des disciplines que je n'aurais jamais abordées : broderie, couture, reliure, patchwork... Après chacun choisit de poursuivre ou d'arrêter. Mais le tarif de l'abonnement est tellement faible que si vous n'êtes pas rassassié vous pouvez continuer à petits frais. Contrairement aux autres plateformes créatives c'est un espace cohérent avec des animatrices récurrentes qui font le lien entre les différentes disciplines et les profs spécialisés. Pas juste des cours séparément. Il y a un esprit de groupe qu'on ne trouve pas ailleurs. Cela m'a ouvert des opportunités professionnelles que je n'attendais pas. Je recommande à tous et toutes.

Still trying to charge card despite cancelling the subscription.they are still trying to charge my account even I have cancelled the subscription. no response from customer service. Pathetic service avoid at all cost.

I joined Creativbug but decided it wasn't for me. I tried to delete my account but the instructions just did not work. So I emailed for help a week ago, still no reply. At some point, I got to one of their own pages headed 'Delete this account'. Underneath was 'Now there is no way to delete an account ????' Their contact page says they 'really' want to help customers. It would 'really' help customers to be able to delete an account.

This site is an absolute scam, do not use. The artists' material they're using should be removed.
