Used Creatify to work on some mid-fi promotional video for a mocked product and worked great! Also the customer support is very friendly and quick to respond. Would recommend this tool for anyone looking for a quick way to put together a product promotional video. The possibility to use editor to fine tune the videos is amazing!

Buggy Platform + Bad service. I paid for creatify subscription for over 3 months. Used the platform a couple of times to test but it didn't perform how I was hoping. Noticed my subscription hadn't cancelled, so contacted creatify within 10 mins of the money being taken to ask for a refund as I do not use the platform to be told "no refund policy". Won't be using again purely based on this. I don't know any other platform that wouldn't allow a refund for an unused product that was clearly left on subscription by mistake.
