Easy AI video creation, great customer service!

I have tried and used many and I do mean many different platforms to create sales videos, instructional videos and social media content. I LOVE how the characters have pretty good lip sync and their movements make it difficult to tell if it's a real person or not. The voices are great, so no need to upload a voice. I look forward to using this tool in the things I do.

I really don’t get the Negative reviews here, I Really enjoyed making ad videos on the website. And the support is just too great. A support mate named (Renz) saved me from late submission. So give this website a shot, you’ll love ❤️ it.

This company is no less than a fraud! I paid their monthly business subscription, and immediately after paying, they rejected ads I made for our legitimate std test kits after just a few renders. I reached out to their support team (Anna), and they said my videos violated their policy because they don't allow any company to render ads related to sexual health or wellness. So, it means I now have to pay for the service that I am not allowed to use. When I asked for a refund, they simply refused, citing some moderation policy that was not even there when I signed up. They even had the guts to tell me I should have gone through their fine print first. If you're contemplating using Creatify.ai, then don't. You may as well line your wallet open for a company that will block your content and refuse to give you your money back. Keep away from these scam artists; it got me, and I don't want that to happen to you, there are many much better AI avatar services out there!
