Creatify operates on deception. First of all I tried using their product which appears to be based on credits This was the most frustrating formula I have ever experienced. The customer service reps were not only rude but not helpful. I told the customer rep that I would not move forward i=with the subscription in November only to realize that I was still being billed in March. Contact them for cancellation and refund . That was a nightmare. No refund. Beware . I will report the BBB

This software is great for AI UGC Videos. It also does a really good job with text to video shorts. Customer support is very friendly and helpful as well. Highly Recommend

So far I have been enjoying this site. I personally love that I am able to generate my own AI avatars by using various prompts to describe the character I'm creating. It really helps bring the vision to life and is easy to use and very user friendly. The chat support is also easy to use and Angel was very helpful with the questions I had.
