Please be aware before you subscribe. The experience has been underwhelming. Downloads fail, generated videos fail, Avatars aren't dubbed correctly. You will never be able to speak to a live person. Only customer service is a chat box. Try this out before you subscribe to see for yourself.

We started using this service about a year ago, and our experience has been disappointing. Support has been average at best, and the results haven’t measured up to other tools we’ve used. Based on our experience, I’d recommend saving your money and using CapCut or a similar alternative. Our biggest frustration has been the renewal. We tried to contact them to cancel and sent multiple emails, yet they still charged us $588 for another year. We canceled the same day the charge went through, but they have refused to issue a refund. We’ve since reached out to several influencers with large followings that we have worked with and continue to work with to help bring attention to our experience. Between the underwhelming results and how they’ve handled this cancellation, we cannot recommend this service.

I subscribed to the $99/month plan on 14 March 2026 to test the product. I ran test generations in March and late July 2026, and had zero usage in April, May, June, August, September and October. Roughly 120 credits were used; about 500 stayed unused. Despite that, I was charged eight times at $99, a total of $792, including 17 October 2026 (after a failed attempt on 14 October). On 18 October I asked to cancel and to be refunded at least the latest payment. They cancelled, but refused the refund twice with the template reply "payments are non-refundable" - even for a charge made a day earlier with no usage at all. If you are testing Creatify, cancel immediately: there are no refunds, even for a completely unused billing period.

They charge me while I'm just chatting. I have a few credits for the $10/month plan (58) to try, and then, in one chat to set up my video, I see over 20 credits gone, and the video I planned cannot be made until I recharge, with no option to add only what I need. They want me to pay for a full year at 38$/ month. This isn't an honest or scam way to take more money without warning.

I was one of Creatify's early customers. But more honestly I felt like I was paying for the privilege to Beta test someone's poorly executed brilliant idea. Conceptually this is a great set up. But the execution was a nightmare. Features that were supposed to work didn't. And a couple of years later, I haven't seen a lot of improvement. Basic things like getting the speaking to sound natural. I would spend hours and hours on one video. Rendering and rendering and it was just far more work than it was worth. They were the first company I found that did what it is they're trying to do, but today there are other platforms doing way more, way better. I stopped using this a long time ago. And I had a heated conversation with one of their customer support agents. I told them I was done with this and that any authorization they ever had to charge any card belonging to me had been revoked. I said "Do Not Charge me again or I will have you prosecuted for theft. " That was nearly a year ago. Yesterday the charged my card anyway. I reached out to them to sort this out and they're telling me that it's up to me to prove that I canceled it. Which they've made impossible, because they've deleted my chat logs. I can't pull them up now. Then they tell me they have to get someone else to get back to me in three days. Guys, this isn't a large scale company with dozens of employees and separate departments. Some guy named Steven in California who works a separate full time job is doing this as a side gig. And he's hired a handful of likely overseas tech support folks to take CS chats. Just minutes ago Anna got back to me, and told me I can't prove it was canceled, and even though I let them know on day one of this years subscription that I am no longer using the service and that I had previously canceled it, they aren't giving me back my money. I went on the platform yesterday and did an online cancelation AGAIN. Today the account was still ACTIVE. So I canceled it AGAIN. And now I have to come back a 3rd time to make sure they're not charging me. I would stay very much clear of Creatify. It's antiquated anyway. The other apps that do what they do have passed them by. Plus, just the way they're choosing to make this so difficult means they're just not good human beings. P.S. ALL THOSE 5STAR REVIEWS ARE PAID FOR. They offered to give me FREE CREDITS to go on different sites and give them a 5STAR REVIEW. P.S.S. I ended up disputing the charge with my CC company.

Total scam. False advertizing about quality and price. o transparency about pricing blabla totally disappointing with this. I wanted to believe but honestly no.

Terrible company to deal with and the product is just too clunky and ineffective. All in all complete waste of money.

They are a SCAM. I used their service for about 30 days well over a year ago. The service sucked and I cancelled my account. I was just charged $588 a few days ago and they said they dont offer refunds - despite me cancelling and not using their service for over a year. They refused to give my money back. They kept my card on file and say I never cancelled and they don't give refunds. SCAM! THEY STOLE MY MONEY! Do NOT use this service.
