I was excited to try Creatify AI’s image-to-video feature, but it was a complete scam. Their demo ads are completely misleading—their technology can’t deliver anything close to what they advertise. The “free trial” is useless since you can’t actually generate a video from an image unless you pay. I subscribed for $99, and within 4 minutes, I realized it was garbage. The video output was horrible—my product image was distorted, shrunken, and the background didn’t match at all. As a seasoned AI user of Midjourney, Runway, and DALL-E, I knew this was a scam. I immediately contacted support and was told no refunds are issued for any reason, per their “fine print.” I had to cancel my card and file a dispute with my bank to try to get my money back. I’m furious. Avoid this dishonest company. Their AI simply cannot do what they claim!

I have loved my experience on Creatify. It is simple to use and extremely user friendly, I would totally recommend!!

bait visitors with promises of free trial. once you are in and investing time uploading assets then they start with the 'buy a plan' tactic. you think oh well I'm in this far, my time is worth more than this. You pay it and then the site doesnt work. the avatars are terrible. not at all appropriate for B2B. They offer custom avatars but that failed too. huge time drain. deadend. long waits for support. leading to we will put in a ticket. RUN.. NO REFUNDS after 3 hours of wasted time and nothing to show but a support ticket..

Creatify AI has been a game-changer for my content creation. It’s fast, easy to use, and delivers high-quality results. The video and ad creative tools have saved me a lot of time. Highly recommended!

Even after I unsubscribed, they kept auto-renewing my subscription without permission. No clear way to cancel, just sneaky, recurring charges like they’re hoping you won’t notice. The app is garbage, hard to navigate, buggy, and results are low quality! Now I’m forced to file a dispute and block my card just to stop them from stealing more of my money. This is beyond frustrating! AVOID CREATIFY AT ALL COSTS!

I'm sorry but I am beyond dissapointment - the quality of the content is horrible. The shape of the items are changed, transitions are uneven, they don't support Polish, even if they claim they are! Oh yes, they are, but in one feature, and again - the quality is crap. I wasted not only 99$ for non-refundable fee, but also MY TIME, to make anything useful out of it. Yes, I contacted customer support. Then can't even make out their mind if they support Polish, or maybe not? Creatify works more like a beta version of an app and as a former software developer, I would never release it as a paid plan.
