It's very easy it is to create videos, and AI avatars are great! The results are high quality!

I booked a meeting with creatify staff for a company level demo. It all started well enough with clear demo on how the system works and how we could leverage it for our company usage. Honestly I was intrigued and sold to the idea. My honest opinion was to recommend we go with them, but then something happened where I decided to go with their competition... The red flags and frankly a bit shocking customer service came at the end of the demo call. I asked the rep about the bad reviews they have received. Not the obviously hyperbolic "this is a scam" reviews, but the ones where difficulty of reaching customer support were highlighted and so on. Legitimate concerns. The rep went super uncomfortable and started to visibly twitch in front of the camera, and ultimately he stammered an answer that "there are so many customers and we only have so many staff. This leaves to death by mass." Fair enough I thought. This does happen to the best of us so no big deal. Immediately after we started to wrap up the meeting when the rep just said he has to go and hung up on the two of us when we were in the process of thanking him of his time. After that I though, damn, that is some low level customer support indeed if you hang up on a prospecting corpo client mid sentence. The rep had also promised us a temporary upgrade on our profiles so we could explore the website more before next week´s team meeting to decide about what AI to go with. Yea that never happened either. Synthesia, VEED or even InfluencerFarm will get our business instead.

The intuitive program works well and fulfills its functions. The avatars are well-matched to the mouth movements of the text you provide. The voices also sound realistic. The only thing it may lack are the intuitive keyboard shortcuts known from video editing programs.

The free plan doesn't allow us to accurately test. We paid USD99/mth and tried generating one Avatar holding our product. It's nothing like their ads and examples. The product in the video generated was different from the photo we uploaded. The avatar was speaking way slower than the voice. Lip-syncing was off. We asked for a refund one/two days later after generating a video as the video generated is unusable. We showed the customer service the video and product discrepancy. Unfortunately, they refused and told us T&C shows strictly not refundable. Luckily, we didn't sign up for a year plan. If only I have researched more and there were more reviews that spoke the truth.

I upgraded thinking I was selecting a monthly plan that showed $260 due — instead, I was charged over $2,500 for a yearly subscription I never agreed to. I reached out to support immediately, explained everything clearly, and was met with scripted replies, refusal to help, and worst of all, a rude and dismissive support agent who continuously deflected blame instead of offering a solution. Even after showing I never saw a confirmation page for the $2,500 charge, they refused to refund or downgrade me. I was told to “hop on a call” just to plead my case — after the damage was already done. As someone with over 450,000 followers in the ecom space, I was ready to promote Creatify. Now I’ll be warning others. Extremely shady billing practices, zero accountability, and unprofessional customer service. I’ve disputed the charge with my bank and will never use this platform again unless they make this right.

Easy to use, with many different features, such as AI ad creation, product mockups, UGC video generation, etc. The customer support is also fast and useful. Saves loads of time, money, and effort in producing UGC content and product visuals. The only things they could do better are that the UGC's mouths are often out of sync with their voices, and the product mockups are sometime distorted or inaccurate if the design has a detailed label or is not very symmetrical.
