Best place to get a neon sign
Exactly what I wanted at an affordable price! I wanted to get my husband a neon sign for his gaming room. I sent Create Neon his logo and they sent me back a mock up. I asked for one change and they were able to accommodate very quickly. The sign came in and he already has it on the wall! It's exactly how I imagined and my husband is very happy with the sign. Thank you for your easy and prompt service! Out of the 4 places I emailed Create Neon was won my business!

Production was great but I was mislead
Production was great but I was mislead. Did not know this was coming from china and had a timesensitive event. Needed expediting. Now discovered that this was international and not US based company. Their representitive new fully that I was under pressure. I would not have gone through with the order had I known. Unprofessional!

Omg!!! So freaking beautiful!!! i will post a picture once we put it up in our new location. The customer service is 10Stars, if I can give it. I’m located in the US. I reached out to several businesses. They called me from UK! Several times, we’re patient and so sweet. Thank you!!! We are so excited!!!

Quick, but not perfect
I received my item quickly. There was a portion of the image I thought was going to be lighted, but it wasn't. Hard to tell on the proof that it wasn't going to be lit. Sent and email questioning it several days ago and still haven't gotten a response.
