Too expensive for the cheap quality
Chipped paint, loose pieces, crooked pieces, no paperwork to tell me what size bolts the holes were for. Flimsy metal.

They said they will make it right
After my 1st review, Company reached out. Proffessionally apologized and said the would create a new sign to the correct specifications. So at the moment My review is nuetral. I will say it took some time, but the sign was great quality and they are standing behind their product and craftmanship. I will update this review when I receive the new sign. As long as it is to spec This review will turn 5 stars easily

The sign came in pieces
The sign came in pieces , i didn't understand the amount of work the installation was going to take

We want to clarify for anyone reading this that you ordered channel letters, which are individual illuminated letters designed to be mounted separately onto a wall or surface. This is completely standard for this type of signage and is how all channel letters are manufactured and delivered across the industry. Channel letters are not a plug and play product. They are designed to be professionally installed by a qualified electrician, which is standard practice for any illuminated signage of this type. This is something we recommend to all of our channel letter customers. I have tried numerous times to make…
I have tried numerous times to make contact thru email and phone calls to support. No answers from you yet. I was told a step by step instructions would be included as well as a hanging/install kit. I received neither and need assistance immediately.

Quality Issues & Safety Concern – Let Down
My business is Elite Combat and Fitness, I was excited to receive my sign, but unfortunately, the quality did not meet expectations. One of the letters was loose upon arrival, and a cable was pinched between a letter and the casing. When we turned the sign on, the cable melted—a serious safety concern. Additionally, the "Combat & Fitness" text beneath "Elite" was not proportioned correctly, making it look much smaller and barely visible. A good sign is everything for a new business, so this was disappointing and honestly heartbreaking. I have pictures of the issues, but there's no option to attach them.

My sign arrived quickly
My sign arrived quickly; however, the picture I received prior to arrival wasn't quite what was depicted. Paid almost $600 thinking I will get neon lights but I was wrong.

Not exactly what was sent in the email after construction.
My sign arrived quickly; however, the picture I received prior to arrival wasn't quite what was depicted. I have emailed the seller and have not received a response and it has been about 2 months. Not very happy, as I am going to have to figure out how to construct lights around my diamond.

The sign delivered exactly matched the logo that was approved by your end. Since these are custom-made products we cannot entertain change of mind after the sign is produced, we only cover genuine issues with sign functionality or if there were differences in the design as to what was ordered.
