When I ordered the sign and got the…
When I ordered the sign and got the preview, I specifically asked for 3 colors, The proof showed 3 colors however it does not have the colors I requested fushia/pink is not on the remote

It took a long time for it to get here
It took a long time for it to get here and my LED lights are not working. The design of the signs are beautiful and perfect, but the lights are not working and it took forever to get here.

Cool sign, no dimmer
I didn't receive the dimmer switch or remote as advertised, but the overall product was good.

It's ok but not great
I don't mind the sign but it's not 100% what I thought I was getting. I got our company logo created and on the mock up I received it looked great but the aspect ratio of the sign itself was quite off so the logo looks slightly squished. I also didn't receive the right pieces in my hanging kit so it's still lying on a chair in the office... maybe once I finally get it on the wall I'll like it more...

Awaiting 100% completed
I appreciate the prompt delivery and effort to receive the sign. However, my sign was not 100% what was requested. There's a slight difference that could be accommodated and CreateNeon has yet responded to even discuss a resolution. I'm hoping that they will try and make this fair but am doubtful as they haven't made any effort to reach out. Ayesha was very friendly and responsive initially but again I haven't heard anything 2 weeks later.

Triple Check Your Colors
Sent an obviously purple logo and it came back blue. It was hard to tell from pic quote that the color would be wrong. I wish they would have sent me what the neon colors actually look like with the quote so now I have a non returnable neon logo in the wrong color.

Not a good experience for me
I originally wanted to give zero, which obviously promoted a response. The story is that after 2 months I had nothing , but hassle. The first parcel was advised as delivered, even though it was sent to Melbourne not Sydney. The 2nd parcel to a wrong address , but apparently now both parcels are with me 😂 What worried me was the agents signature changed from North Sydney to California?? Eventually after 9 weeks I received the sign. The product itself is good , comes with the install components, but the experience for me was woeful. I was ignored on email and texts until my review was submitted. This I believe should stand, although I’ve gone from a 1 to a 3. Maybe others have a better experience. CreateNeon - you need to do better.
