If I could give 0 stars I would. How is it that you order something and have to ask for a confirmation and a invoice, to be told they’ll do it straight away and then a week later when you receive the product still no email/invoice, and the receipt in the box all in Chinese and saying a 5th of the price. When I try to email the ‘company’ I can’t it won’t allow me. When I speak to the girl on live chat she is no help at all and keep blocking our chat so that I can’t send me messages. To just give me the run about saying she has emailed me and my partners email but still nothing! I shouldn’t have to beg for an invoice it should just come. Please be aware of this! I would recommend ordering from anywhere other than this company as I don’t think it’s legit! Good luck if you do.

UPDATE: I finally got a reply from support and they replaced the power supply. Sign is now working again. If you do run into an issue, I suppose you just need to be patient. We bought two signs from CreateNeon.com. Both signs arrived in the timeframe promised, and both were really nice. Fast forward 8 months and one of the signs stopped working. I have tried for over 2 weeks now to even get a response from them and NOTHING. Until that changes, I can't recommend them!

I ordered a sign and it came quickly on the promised date and was very easy to install. Unfortunately after just a few days a loose connection meant that power did not get to all the words in the sign and only one word lit up. I contacted Createneon on WhatsApp to report the problem. There was no quibbling, just an immediate promise to manufacture a replacement sign, and this arrived just as quickly. It is installed and looks terrific. Customer facing service was excellent and painless, and a fault was immediately acknowledged and a new sign sent. My contact with Ayesha from CreateNeon was helpful, fast and he did what he promised. As he said they "don't claim to be perfect all the time, but we do promise to solve problems if they occur." That is just what they did.
