We have always loved Cracker Barrel. But for the past 2 years the quality of food has gone straight down hill. We have been served cold food, chicken that looked like it had been cooked 3 or 4 times. Incomplete or wrong orders. Mashed potatoes like globs of glue. If Cracker Barrel is seeing less customers its not because of the economy it is because of the poor quality of food. Servers are still great but they are not the cooks.

I ate at Cracker Barrel last night and ordered the shrimp. The fries ,Shrimp and Mac and cheese was cold. The whole meal was served cold . A friend took me out to dinner so I didn’t complain. The worst mesl I have eaten. The service was poor the restrooms were filthy. Toilet paper strewn all over the floor, and the waste cans were full. I have eaten there before and the meal was always meal was always good.

l truly love Cracker Barrel. However I have some concerns. In the past, my pancakes would be delivered to the table with black marks on the pancakes. On Friday 9/8/23, I was in Cracker Barrel Heaven, until I found a piece of hair under my pancakes. I am African American. I am wondering if African Americans are not wanted.

Ordered a simple burger to go. It had the most pathetic piece of tomato end. It was cold and I will never order from them again. Stood and was waiting to pick up order and no one Advised me it was on the counter. This was the Chester, Virginia location

Long wait for to go order. Ham was hard and salty. Meatloaf was full of fatty meat. I didn’t receive one side dish. Pricey for the small amount. VERY disappointed. Won’t return ever!

CB-San Antonio,Texas 78240. 8/15/2023...My Party of 4 was sat rather quickly; however where we were seated was rather congested so we moved by a window. 5 minutes passed, no waitress. 10 minutes passed still no waitress. A person from my party signaled for assistance-nothing. 3 people were standing around with iPads (trying to look important above a waitress status). Finally an iPad lady walks up to us and says that they only had 1 person waiting tables (but there were 3 iPad people standing around) Mind you the table behind us had food, and the people who sat in our original location had been waited on. 15 minutes passed, still no drinks, no waitress NOTHING! I can't rate the food, because we chose to leave. Meanwhile iPad people still standing around the fire-less fireplace looking, well to put it bluntly- STUPID! Later on I called and asked to speak to a manager, to which my call was transferred to someone (so he said he was the manager- strangely a sound of a dog barking was heard in the background). I explained the situation and was told "He would look into it immediately"-uh-huh. Never again Cracker Barrel, your ambiance and your food are so not worth the POOR and unprofessional service (or the lack of). Oh yes and corporate will also hear of this.

This is about the Cracker Barrel in Irmo SC. We had the worst experience but we were professional, my spouse is dying of stage 4 and I have been told I have cancer. You would think we would be stressed when no napkins, silverwear half glases of coffee and no water. The food was so late coming and we agreed we were not leaving even when Tiffney stuck her head out from kitchen but never asked us anything for over 2.5 hours this was at lunch time we went after our 11am oncologist appointment. I was shocked the CBarrel was like this but all the wait staff seemed to have issues and it is apparent they have issues. I heard that Cracker Barrel is closing in a few months, I can see why.

Ok so I have just driven Route 66. I am a student and didn't have loads of money to spend on expensive accomodation so decided to.sleep in the car. Partway theoigh my trip I was told anyone could sleep in a cracker barrel carpark as long as you let them know. Since then I have spent most nights in a cracker barrel carpark. The staffareso lovely, I have eaten a few times in the restaurant and spent money I really shouldn't have in their gift shop. I am from NZ and I cannot get over how consistently regardless of store how nice and friendly and welcoming the staff were. I wish you had outlets in NZ
