Would have left 0 stars if I could. Worst food ever!!! Whatever happened to Cracker Barrel? It used to have such good food. Fish was supposed to be batter fried , It was tasteless with bread crumbs sprinkled on it. Carrots were covered in sugar. Hush puppies tasteless. Dumplings were just flour and water and heated up. Inedible!!! The only good item was the fries. Friend's food was dried out chicken. Tasted like it was re-heated in the microwave about 10 times. I was asked at the register how the food was and I said "Horrible". They called assistant manager. They didn't care when I told them at the register. They said we had to have told our server and since we didn't, they couldn't help us. I asked how would I know that? Do you have a sign posted anywhere or on the menus to let customers know that? Manager wouldn't answer me.

When we travel, our favorite restaurant was Cracker Barrel. Things have changed. Often times the food is cold. Many items are not healthy, with to many carbs and fat. This makes it difficult for diabetic patrons. The food is often over cooked. These issues have occured at a number of locations. We no longer go to Cracker Barrel. Please make changes, and listen to your customers!!

Went to have a birthday breakfast for a party of ten. This was at your store in Rochester New York and had to wait for a table to be set up. Took about ten minutes and we were seated. Put our orders in and when the servers came back with our food only half of the meals came out. Our server said there was an order mix up in the kitchen and meals would be out shortly. Well 20 minutes later the rest of the food came out. By that time the first meals were already eaten. By the time we all finished a hour and half went by. Food was not the best. We have eaten at Cracker Barrels in the past with no problem but will not be coming back again. Talked to the manager and he did knock 30 dollars off the bill.

We ordered the meatloaf dinner with mashed potatoes and grilled catfish with mashed potatoes. If I were part of that team I would hid in shame for putting that kind of food out to the public. It was deemed inedible by both my husband and myself. The mashed potatoes were symbolic to hardened clay in texture. No seasoning at all. Meatloaf was cold, gross and bland. CB really needs to do better.

My mom picked to eat at Cracker Barrel for her 80th birthday on a Saturday early afternoon. It wasn’t too busy. We ordered our food , we waited a while ordered and we finally got our food and she whisked away quickly when we noticed two items were incorrect and we still had no utensils and condiments. I Finally caught her we asked for utensils and rolls and told her about our order being incorrect. Couldn’t eat till we had utensils, by that time our food was cold. We waited a while for refills. We remained patient the entire time because we felt bad for the for the poor girl running around and we still tipped her well, but overall this was probably the worst experience. We’ve had a Cracker Barrel, and we have been there many many times. It was very chaotic, and the food was cold for the price.

The biscuits taste terrible and the cornbread is too dry.

Fogelsville, PA. Location: I normally do not write bad reviews, however since it's been bad service and bad food twice within the last 6 weeks, I felt I needed to. Sat down, no menus given. Just napkins and silverware. Server took our drink orders..2 sodas in bottles (no bottle openers...eventually he came back and we explained that we couldn't get the bottles open. He took them back and brought them back opened. Then he asked if we were ready to order...no, we hadn't even gotten menus. Upon getting our food, we got a baked potato instead of mashed (our server insisted that was our fault), my husband's ham slices were paper thin, dried out, and very tough. I ordered the chicken TENDERS, which were clearly chicken breast pieces which had been cut into rectangular pieces, trying to be passed off as tenders. They were thin also, definitely rectangular shaped,and hard as rocks. The Dill pickle ranch dip which was supposed to come.with it never appeared. We are not wasteful people but we ended up not eating at least 2/3 of our meals. The majority was pushed to.the side, not really edible. Server came back, looked at.our full plates and asked, "Box?" Never even asking how everything was or if there had been a problem. We told him no box, just the check and off he went to.get the check. This is 2 times within 6 weeks at this location for bad service and food and will not go back again for quite some time. I don't want to see others wasting their money there.

Stop by the Warner Robins Georgia Cracker Barrel walked in they were not busy. No one was at the front so I got a menu wanted to place two orders to go. I waited about 510 minutes. Somebody walked past me and asked me if I had been waiting on. I’m assuming it’s a storefront manager, and she went off to the back never saw her again, another lady came around about another three or four minutes later asked me if I’ve been helped I said no I just need to place an order to go. I’m assuming she’s a server or cashier she called somebody twice they never showed up. I was in there maybe about 1015 minutes no one took my order. This is the Warner Robins Georgia store. They suck. Do not go there there.
