Service was very good. We recently moved to this Cracker Barrel location. It may be my last. My Catfish meal was very sad looking. The fish was so overdone it looked ridiculous on the plate. The potatoes were less than warm, and such a small amount given now. Prices are up and quantity and quality DOWN. Shame on you!!

Food was horrible. There system is horrible. Know where can you find the terms for the transaction. There customer Service email does not respond to questions regarding the terms. You pay for the order in advance when you place it. It immediately goes on your credit card rather than being charged on the pick up date. It was very unorganized and long wait on pick up date. Part of the food was left out. In contacting there customer service it took weeks to get a partial response. They refused to refund my card for the items left out of the order and after numerous emails failed respond at all. Photos were sent to prove items were clearly left off the order so you get the drift. It was $150.00 wasted and a terrible experience.

I took my family to Cracker Barrel on Bradly parkway in Columbus Georgia, this morning for breakfast, it was the worst place ever, the coffee was cold, the food came out cold, the biscuits look as if they needed to stay in the oven a little bit longer, the service was horrible, we waited forever to get our food, it took the server forever to take our order and even after we order the drinks and order our food which we ordered at the same time, it took 10 to 15 minutes before we got our drinks, I like Cracker Barrel food, but not this place, my granddaughter complained about her stomach was hurting when we left, I would never eat there again, to add to this review later after the breakfast my daughter, my grandson and me as well got sick at our stomach, ( I just thought I would let someone know)

I ordered chicken and dumplings with 2 sides. I ask the waitress if a side salad could be one of my sides. She said yes, no problem I got my check and they charged me $2.49 for the salad and I got only one side Talked to the manager who was less than pleasant. Of course I left unhappy with this service and have no plans of returning. I hope they are happy with the $2.49

I don't know wo cooked this Christmas Ham meal package, but it is not Cracker Barrel, I'm sure. there is a bed smell, bad taste on foods and it's completely. different for worse from last year's holiday meal that I bought. Benbrook Cracker barrel. Fort Worth, TX

Placed order with manager Tameka at your Tinley Park IL. store on Monday for pick up today 12/23/23 at 12 noon. Was looking for half pan sized portions. What we received was 1/2 sized servings. Now when we go to pick my order at 11:46 which it was communicated to be there at that time, was told "to drive around back." We do this, then we're told no, go to the front. We were repeatedly told a few minutes. We waited for 1 1/2 hours for an order that was placed four days ago. Then the slaw was not filled, the chicken and dumplings non existent chicken. So Please do not use carry out. No silverware, serving spoons. NEVER AGAIN. My order was close to $200 dollars

Went to c/b about 2weeks ago 2920 south mail rd Knoxville wife and I wife ordered a barrel cheese burger and I ordered a chicken blt my wife burger was a plate full of blood back to the kitchen and the waiter and cook was throwing raw meat at each other tried to contact cracker Barrel but no damn luck. Oh well last time I’ll eat there.

I ordered the Thanksgiving feast and added mashed potatoes. I didn't receive the mashed potatoes (but was charged for them) nor did I receive the chicken broth needed for the dressing. I called and was told I would receive a refund. I didn't get one. I contacted guest relations and was told I would hear back in 5 business days. It has now been 7 days and no word. I will NEVER order from Cracker Barrel and hope that others heed my warning.
