20 minutes before anyone got to my table. Waited 10 minutes for my beer and still waiting for my meal

When my husband picked up an order today, both meals were extremely skimped on, really pitiful amount of food, and we even left a good tip beforehand. This is ridulous for $40 for 2 meals!

Poor service at #222 Monroe Michigan.

Bryan, the manager at Cracker Barrel (Kodak, TN) is an extraordinary individual. I called him about an issue I had with pricing. He listened carefully and made sure I knew my concern was heard. By the end of the conversation, we were both laughing! I’ve eaten at many Cracker Barrel restaurants, but Kodak is my favorite. Thank God for managers and servers like the ones we have here!!

I received a gift card as a Christmas gift. My card was fraudulently used in a state that I’ve never be to and Cracker Barrel didn’t protect my identity or the use of the gift card. You cannot call Cracker Barrel, because they don’t answer the phone. They do not respond to online inquiries or complaints. They simply don’t care.

I went to have breakfast for diner on Friday 5-10-24. The worst experience ever. My eggs were well done I had to have them made again. The sausage patties were hard & over cooked so was the piece of ham & the bacon, looked & tasted like it had been laying around all day! Not sure I want to go back after that experience.

Her staff is terrible. I don't understand. I've been to many restaurants but I've never seen anything like this. When she took orders it looked normal, but when she brought water to serve, she set down the glass so loudly that I was shocked but it was okay. While waiting for the food, I went to look at the clothes. When I come back to the table The food had already been arranged. But I suspect some of my food fell off the plate. So I asked my husband and he said that the previous employee brought it in and it was loud. causing some food to bounce off the plate It shows that there is no training for employees. The service staff is very bad. But my husband still left a tip.

Girl at front desk was very rude and said hope you have a good meal in a sarcastic tone. Wait was already an hour then almost got pushed back because they counted a 6 month old baby then sat us down and stared us down and was talking about us for about ten minutes. Please do not visit.
