Stopped for lunch on 6/22/24 around noon - Fairburn, Ga. Store C80700 off I-85. Mashed potatoes stuck to plastic plate (under heat too long?). Cold slaw cabbage was pinkish in color (old or exposed to air for too long?). Pintos were mash (could not find one bean). Had to ask for silverware twice after food served and then for missing napkin. These requests required the waiter to disappear for lengths of time. Hallway floor where servers gather was dirty. RR not busy, but service slow. Then, at check-out I was asked to rate the RR on cleanliness and the system would not complete my transaction until it was completed! Nothing but annoyances and disappointment all around. Little wonder their stock is cratering and management seems in disarray as I think they have lost consistency in food quality and service. I am not writing this to receive platitudes or a coupon for a free lunch - rather to hopefully wake up management.

Cracker Barrell, 131 Si. Augustine Rd. Valdosta, GA- Food was good (grilled tenders and meatoaf dinners). But server Kaleb was exceptionally good: He followed our instructions to the dot and he was pleasant and very courteous.

Did not get our food due to you were out of chicken(fried ) we were not told until 2hours later and were seated about 5:30 pm then everything went and we at your CRAZY. And we were on our way back to St louis Mo. So we stop at your restaurant @ 706 Desoto Cave, Horn Lake Ms. 38637

Went to cracker barrels in Boise look forward to every Friday their Fish Fry is always the best this last time we went the fish was a little triangle shape only about a quarter of an inch thick heart is a rock couldn't even hardly find the fish in it it was the worst experience we've ever had I am so disappointed I love their fish I used to love their fish now it is the worst ever we will not be going back for Friday night fish I am so sad

Plainfield Indiana store off I 70 W. Service was good, food very poor quality and not even close to the standard I’ve enjoyed for more than 30 years as one of my favorite stops when traveling. I always knew I would get a good meal. Not the case any longer. Instant mashed potatoes, gooey blob of dumplings. Very little chicken. Mediocre green beans and barely identifiable biscuits. Unbelievable! I did speak with the manager, he looked at bit bewildered and kept saying “I just got in” I showed him my “to go” box and described my concerns. Then dropped it in the trash. Doubt I’ll bother to stop again.

Pooler Ga location I am local and have been eating at this location since it opened. I have seen it up and down with quality of food and service since it opened. Never any consistency. Ate there today with my wife and the worst service I have ever received in any restaurant. When paying the cashier asked for reviews and when I told her of our experience she offered to call her manager I told her not to as I had seen here manager cutting up with the staff instead of managing.

Terrible leftover food and food poisoning June 2024 My wife, I, and granddaughter went for late afternoon breakfast food. At 5 PM place almost empty?? We got pancakes, old batter-flat and tough, sausage patties-burnt but pink inside, biscuits- dry and tasteless, and country ham. My wife ate only the ham and biscuit. She got terrible food poisoning, sick all next morning. Food not fresh because so many items on menu and sitting in kitchen too long. Obviously breakfast leftovers! in the kitchen. NEVER AGAIN!

It is easy to understand what happened to this once proud restaurant...they're dirty ...bathrooms like NY subway bathrooms ..foors greasy and littered ...management neglect from blind eyes fro success and profits ..
