I think you have the worst customer service. The rudest office staff. And you do not follow through with any Warranty work at all. You are so violated Hippa law of my personal information and my sisters to the public . You are so violated the privacy act as well. You also did not uphold a fiduciary contract as well.

We have had a problem for the last two years with the communication from the main alarm control box to the cellular service it uses for sending messages to the main office. We have not been able to get this problem fixed after repeated calls to the main office

Really bad experience to move homes. I still without equipment. They took from my old house and never installed on the new one. Worst experience ever.

They are money hungry and not nice. Simplest way to describe them. Don’t ever sign a contract with them longer than 1 year. If they say that’s all they have go with someone else....anyone else.

Access on-line is horrible, cameras are poor quality for what I paid, the phone staff is ok, but the on-site are great guys. Id like to speak with someone to discuss on-line access Anthony
