I spoke with Julie Hoffman this morning to tell her our Positive Pay Service with our Bank (to prevent fraud) had sent the approval email for incoming checks to my Spam folder in my email in error, so the check to Crime Prevention was returned. We had to install some corrective IT to stop this in the future. She was most gracious, helpful and fun to talk with. We did send a new check to cover the reject, but her follow-up with us was very supportive and helpful.
