Crime Prevention Security SystemsReviews of cpss.net

We had Tech Nilson Hernandez do our new customer setup. He arrived at the time he advised he would and was very nice and pleasant. He had a few issues from the pre-wire the builder installed however he was able to overcome them and still perform the setup. He stayed until everything was installed and my wife and I fully understood the new system. We are very grateful to have had him as our technician.

Alarm company General Manager and installer were on time, professional and helpful. The system seems easy to use and suits our needs. I would recommend Crime Prevention Security Systems to anyone with security needs.

Nilson Hernandez Very good job very pleased

Excellent service! My experience with Hernandez was excellent. He explains everything to you and then shows you what to do. He will then ask if you have any questions after everything step to make sure you understand. I love that.

Nilson did our installation and was very quick, precise and informative.

I’ve been at Crime Prevention customer since I built my house in Florida in 2005 and I’ve never been disappointed Steve Burroughs and Bill Rowan were excellent If I owned my own company Steve And Bill would be the type of employees I would want working for me I have worked as a general foreman for a small town in New York for almost 40 years and I can tell Steve and Bill are dedicated employees and care about their work It is more than just a job and a paycheck to them It is more than just a job and a paycheck to them You should be very grateful to have two employees like Steve and Bill Steve Caporal

Nilson was very informative and really helped me to understand the way the system works.
