Rob did an excellent job

This is by far one of the best tec (Nilson Hernandez) that I've ever had to do work in my home. He took his time and explain everything to me, step by step, before he began the work and during. He afford me the opportunity to ask questions and made sure that I understood, them before he left. He was very thorough, and he is truly an asset your company, Your company should get 99 more guys just like him. If I ever have any type of problem in the future please send Nelson only, and if he's not available, at that time I'll wait until he's available.

VERY PROFESIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE TECHNICIAN, I WILL RECOMEND TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY, THANK YOU!

He is knowledgeable person and set up the security system to my home. It took little bit more time but I am safe now :))

Great service! Great sales staff! Great technical support!

Recently upgraded old security system we had with CPSS to new Simon XT. Could not be happier. Everything is simple to use and can be monitored and controlled through our smart phones. Love the remote door locks. Also added CO2 and fire monitoring during the upgrade. Security and peace of mind matter a lot and this system gives that to you. Thank you Miss Randi for your help as you were great to work with Looking forward to years of good use from this upgrade.

Nilson Hernandez was very kind and professional. He thoroughly explained the system as he set it up. He answered all of our questions. I would absolutely recommend him and CPSS! Thank you!

Easy explanations and professional. Thank you Nilson Hernandez!!
