Nelson Hernandez came in and explained everything, was very helpful. We initially had an issue with system, but Nelson was able to resolve by calling support. Only thing I could say, please make sure to not have tech touch or take customers phone, have then do the steps so #1 they will learn the app, and #2 to prevent spread of germs. Thanks

I am taking one star off because of they charge for every visit they make to your home to troubleshoot an issue

They are prompt and do good work.

The only thing I don’t like about the security system is the battery. When it starts to die it starts beeping. A loud disrupting shrieking beep. Heaven help if you don’t happen to have a spare battery available because of course it dies at 11:00 PM on a Saturday night. It’s amazing how long it can beep with a dying battery. There are no instructions on how to turn it off also no instructions on how to get the cover off. Also minimum height to see the screws on top is 5 ft 6 in. That’s if you know they’re there. The battery needed is available at the security shop or a battery specialty store. Definitely not at Walmart It can result in a horrific experience especially for people who are elderly and alone. I would like to see a maintance program available for those who need help with “the dying battery”

Documentation specs and 'Items Names' could be kind of 'cloudy'. Did happen when trying to change system password key.

So far everything seems good.

Our location and house design made it difficult to maintain connection with the company, rendering the system useless in case of emergency. It took lots of calls and service visits but we think a successful solution was finally found. We tried to be patient and your staff was, too, as they found creative solutions.

The alarm system is excellent & would have received 5 Stars but the only draw back is that the Control Key Pad doesn’t have an RED or Green Indicator to Report if the System is On or Off unlike other Alarm Systems Key Pads on the Market.You have to walk Up to the Key Pad to see if it reads On/Off.
