Renewing my certification - with doubt
Since I was renewing my certification, the course was good. If this was my first time, this course would not do justice to the knowledge and skills needed. I felt like I was scammed. I was invoiced for the cost of the course, but billed a lot more. I tried to follow up with the on-line text for support and there was no response. I tried calling and I was sent to different places but never connected to a human. I emailed the company and got a response. They explained the extra charges - You pay more if you need proof. I am contacting the BBB. I would not recommend this company due to unethical business practices.
