As an experienced healthcare clinician with over 30 years of CPR certification, I was surprised at the brevity and lack of content required to obtain my CPR license renewal. The process took about 15 minutes, but claimed to be an acceptable certification. When state surveyors came to my employer, my license was flagged as being an ineligible CPR license. This is a scam.

The price quoted was missing leading. The sie said $ 49 instead you charged my card $99.90 . Then I took another class and come to find out , its no even acceptable for renewal. Im trying to contact you through email and it states no address. Wow!!!

THEY WILL ABSOLUTELY ADD CHARGES YOU DID NOT APPROVE. I was charged $44.85 for a $14.95 course. They added 2 additional items that I did not authorize. In addition, there was no email confirmation of payment. I saw the charge on my card the next day. This is predatory as this company hopes you do not notice the fraudulent charges.

The American Heath training company offers training (hired for hours with different values) and I couldn’t get the certificate with the hours I hired, they simply informed me that the training is the same for everyone and there is no difference even if the prices are different on the portal. I’m feeling wronged and deceived! Don’t buy that!

I was charged for something that I didn’t authorize, also the class in question is not approved by my employer so it is useless to me

Today 1/16/2025, I thought I was paying $36.95 for renewal of CPR Certificate, took the course but $73.90 has been debited from my account. Continuing education which I did not authorize has been included. No certificate has come through.

The company advertises a completely different price than what is being charged. I was charged $73.90 which the company automatically adds CEUs without confirming if this is ok with the buyer. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. Will be reporting on Monday to get my money back. I don’t recommend this company.
