I called cpap.com customer support today to get information on selecting a travel sized cpap unit. Agent Camyatta assisted me and provided very effective, professional and friendly support to help choose the right unit, take measurements on the mask size, get me a great deal on the pricing, utilize my cpap rewards points and also enabled me to make a good choice on the unit type. Camyatta was very pleasant to interact with, was patient in answering all my questions, walked me thru multiple links on the website as part of educating me on the various unit options and also recommended options for cost savings in terms of accessory purchases. I really appreciated the quality of support provided. This has been my second positive support experience with cpap.com as I had a similar experience when I purchased my home cpap unit a few months back. Customer service like this is what will keep me coming back to cpap.com for any future purchases too. Thank you Camyatta!

I tried doing a chat to take care of my issues and the rep just wasn't getting what I was saying. They repeated things that we already talked about. It took a very long time and I decided to quit and decided to call in. Korrine was extremely helpful. She knew what I was talking about, answered all my questions and was very pleasant to talk to. All my issues were handled and I was very satisfied and pleased with this experience.

Accidentally submitted an order. Tried to cancel it immediately. Received a response that it was cancelled. Then, a few minutes later saying is was in process. Followed up and was told it can't be stopped and that I would have to deny deliver. This was all in the span of a few minutes. Total scam intended to hope I would reverse and proceed with the order. his was once a great company but now it is just another scam site. Durable medical equipment... second only to pharmaceuticals in terms of the biggest con job of all time.

I ordered a travel Cpap and was having issues getting my Rx. When I finally received it and uploaded, I immediately called and spoke with Camyatta. She was so kind and helpful. I was worried I wouldn’t get my machine in time for my trip next week. She was so excited for me. My order was delivered 18 hours after the upload!!! That’s service!! Thank you Camyatta!

I ordered a Travel mini machine today and spoke with Mary who thoroughly explained what I needed she was very pleasant and knowledgeable I’ve never worked with this company before, but I will for sure be back.
