My GF recommended this company because of her wonderful experience with the customer service and now I know why. Buying a PAP machine is very overwhelming, similar to buying your first car, accept your health is at stake. I've called them multiple times almost everyday for the last week and have received detailed answers to my questions with a lot of patience and friendly caring demeanor. They are always happy to answer any question no matter how many or trivial it may seem. Last night was my first time using the Resmed Air Curve 10 VAuto bipap. Tiania answered my many detailed questions with helpful tips and suggestions based on my unique situation. I was at first hesitant to go with an online DME company instead of the local one my doctor referred me to. They have an A+ BBB rating and are considered in the top 3 online CPAP companies from many sleep experts. It was also important to me and my doctors to get the equipment shipped overnight instead of waiting 2 weeks for the processing time from the local vendor who would still have to drive out to my house since I don't drive. Treatment for my severe apnea in my case is life saving. I'm grateful to have found CPAP.com!
