The ordering process is easy from the website for someone like me with zero knowledge in curtains and tracks, with the help of ChatGPT. The price is very reasonable and the quality is good. The only downside is the wait time is weeks. But this is not an issue for us. The ceiling track is relatively easy to install, as the length is adjustable. The YouTube installation guide is helpful although I still need to figure out whether are studs behind the drywall, where to drill, which mounting racks are for which side of the track. Eventually we were able to complete the installation and the curtain look gorgeous. Great product. Fingers crossed that it does not fall down!

So easy to style and such great quality curtains.!

Absolutely love our new Roman relaxed shades. They add luxury and coziness to our living space. The perfect addition to our window treatments. The install was super easy as well. Color perfection. Love them ❤️❤️

They were amazing to work with. Super fast service and always went above and beyond.the quality is amazing on everything.

We could not be happier with our blackout curtains! The whole ordering process was so easy! I had a quick question during the measuring step and their response from customer service was so helpful, not to mention so quick! The color matched the swatches and the memory trained pleats are just so timeless. My husband wishes we had ordered them months ago lol

I completed a consultation to help me with measurements and a design consultation and couldn’t be happier. They helped me select the right size drapes and guided me on where to hand the hardware. I ordered Liam linen pinch pleat memory curtains and they are beautiful and very high quality.

I have now ordered from them 3 times with all the times being a great experience. Great product and great customer service

Anna is great. Everything was perfect
