Great Value and Beautiful Results, with a Few Areas to Improve After receiving quotes of nearly $60,000 from both The Shade Store and Ethan Allen for custom drapery in five rooms, I ultimately chose Cozology and spent approximately $11,000. For the price, I am very pleased with the overall outcome and feel the curtains deliver excellent value. The finished drapes look elegant and tailored, and the blackout lining in our bedrooms works exceptionally well. Cozology also provided a significant amount of assistance during the measurement process, which was appreciated given the complexity of our project. That said, there are a few reasons I couldn't quite give five stars. First, no installation or adjustment instructions were included with the order. While there was extensive support before purchase, some guidance after delivery would have been helpful. Cellular service is non existent at my house and we were not able to access online instructions and didn’t know ahead of time that we should research and download them. Second, despite the measurement assistance, the curtains in four of the five rooms ended up slightly shorter than expected. This may be partly due to the challenge of visualizing how a small fabric swatch will translate into a 12-foot finished panel. While the samples were helpful, it's difficult to anticipate the weight, drape, and final appearance of such large-scale custom curtains from a small fabric sample alone. Finally, the packaging needs improvement. The corrugated boxes used for international shipping from China were not substantial enough for the journey. Every box arrived heavily battered, and several were partially torn open. Fortunately, our order was not damaged, but the condition of the packaging created unnecessary concern and could easily result in product damage or loss in the future. Overall, Cozology offers a remarkably cost-effective alternative to higher-end custom drapery providers. The finished product looks beautiful, the blackout performance is excellent, and the value is hard to beat. With stronger packaging, better post-delivery instructions, and additional guidance around finished panel length and fabric weight expectations, this would easily be a five-star experience.

I love my drapes. They are perfect. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was missing hardware to complete the install.

Update 12/19/25: 4 ⭐️’s They have since reached out and truly remedied the situation! Great customer service — I will continue to update my stars review until the process is actually complete! Thank you Cozyology for making this right! 12/I5/25: 1 ⭐️I ordered Layla Linen Drapery in the color “Straw Beige” and based it off of their advertised influencer who stated L1204 straw beige was the color she chose and it was a much deeper color than straw beige would seem to be! I checked the swatch online under drapery and saw it was a deeper color and ordered several curtains and ended up paying over $1,600 for a full custom set! Fast forward to when I received my curtains a few weeks later and they are NOTHING like the advertised color.. so I did some digging and sure enough, they have misrepresented their color swatches and if you go to “Roman shades” and look up “Layla linen” in Straw Beige L1204 you will see it’s a much lighter straw beige color and NOTHING like the Drapery color advertised. This is a HUGE difference and mistake on their part to which they will not remedy and told me I could have a discount to reorder curtains.

Absolutely love the custom linen curtains from Cozyology Curtains. The color is perfect, the lining is just enough to light some lighting in, I love the material and how well made they are. I did get the grommet top and 1/2 of the grommet had material coming from them which is only noticeable to me however it is a small defect so that’s the reason for the minus 1 star.
