Don't bother. Purchased 2 dog beds early december 2022. No beds and have contacted customer support a number of times with no response. If you want your item do not purchase with this shoddy company. Will pay full price next time.

Cozycove, do not deliver the items everyone is paying for, they advertise on Facebook and they are Scammers, they take your money from your bank and credit cards and they hardly if ever answer with the support that they ask you to contact if there are any issue and I have sent them at least 20 emails etc. I ordered a paw shaped bed for my dog in November 2022 and still have received nothing , no tracking number, or anything to say it will be delivered. I live in Perth , Western Australia, Australia and this site should be taken down from Facebook, This is Thieving and Scamming from everyday people and these sites have to be stopped, this site you cannot pay with PayPal, so there is no safety area with your details and payment cards. I wish somebody from Consumer Affairs or an Advocate of some sort stop these SCUM BAGS from ever doing this again. I am a firm believer in Karma and I am wishing this in this company and people so that they never see light of day.

Same thing. Said cat wheel was shipped but used a FedEx number that was for someone one else. Complete scam. I reported to my bank. Bank gave back my money and are going after then.

Same thing as everyone else. Ordered a dog bed late November. The gave me a tracking number for UPS, it was for another Amazon customer, not my address or package. They sent another tracking number on January 4, Fedex, same thing happened. It said delivered but again, wasn’t my package. Don’t buy from this scammer!

I ordered a pet bed on the 28th November. Still not arrived 6th January after sending emails which nobody answers . This company shouldn't be allowed to advertise on social media just a rip off.

TOTAL SCAM! I ordered two dog beds the first week in December. I received an email saying they were on their way December 12, 2022. I contacted them by email on Dec 22nd...no response On December 29th got another email from them and notification from Fed-ex. On Jan 5th they said it was delivered but it was delivered to a complete different address. I drove to the address Fed-Ex said it was delivered to and it was not my package. My name was not on it or by addess. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM PLEASE!!!

Cozy cove dog bed. Scammed! Ordered December 11, never received. Order#9847, such a disgrace. So called company gave us a tracking number. Said shipped December 16. No dog bed ever!

Ordered dog bed mid November, still no parcel and when I threatened to come here and give bad review they then responded with a tracking no for FedEx but not mine....messaged again and no response...Facebook need to take them off the site
