Ordered dog bed on 12-2-22 and all I receive. When I inquire, is a form letter. No bed. No tracking I am disputing with my credit card company.

Total SCAMMERS.
Total scam. Ordered a dog bed that was never received. Despite loads of emails and trying to contact them through the website they will not respond. They don't supply any tracking for orders either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

www.cozycoveshop Ordered a dog bed, still missing the money and the order. It is a scam, I reported them to the US government agency dealing with online shops, the UK cyber crime unit and Fedex. Fake US address, fake site, fake support team, no phone number, no tracking number, no guaranteed shipping, stay away or report them for fraudulent activity. What they do, they pretend to send the order via Fedex but the tracking numbers belong to the other clients. I was given tracking numbers from senders originating in China and the UK which were ordered belonging to other individuals. Chinese operated site as usual. Interestingly, this site uses Shopify as their platform, I reported the merchant to them for illegal activities, but they are not doing anything to stop this money-laundering cycle.

IT’S A SCAM!!!
I ordered a dog bed and never received it, took my money and their responses are one in a hundred emails and tried chats!!! Couldn’t get a tracking number and their response was obviously a generic one as I see it repeatedly in other reviews. Charged my credit card, couldn’t come up with a tracking number and never sent me my order!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM COZY COVE THEY ARE A SCAM LIKE I HAVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE!!!
